Yoga

Born in the UK and raised in Canada, I moved to London in 2013 where I discovered my love of yoga. In 2019, I travelled to South India and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and have been leading practices ever since. In addition to teaching, I work on retreats and community events in the kitchen and as a host.

I encourage a mindful practice, working at your own pace and focusing on aligning movement with breath. My classes are often strength oriented and I offer options and modifications depending on your needs and desires.
